Our timeshare is the 11th and 12th week, which is right at spring break for the kids.This is one of the most popular times of the year to go to Florida, and may I add, it is not to hot and not to cold, the temp is just right for us snowbirds. My work schedule has changed and the time is no longer optimal for us. The first week was bought for 12,000, the second week was bought for 14,000. We are willing to part with these weeks together or separate. We are asking 7,000 for each or 14,000 total. We do hold the deeds for both of these units. They are located in a fairly secluded area, the setting seems quite and private (with only keyed entery), but you are less then 15 minites from all the major parks. We have so many memeories from this timeshare, our kids really looked forward to March coming, your kids will too.
