Are you looking for an enjoyable place to stay during your stay at Orlando? Would you like to see the Disney's fireworks from your room or maybe have breakfast on your balcony while overlooking a scenic lake? Then you need to check out this place. You will enjoy the open space and the scenery.I am offering a one bedroom room that can easily sleep 4 to 6 people. I own a 4 bedroom timeshare and I've used 3 bedrooms this year. You can use my other room. Yes, this is a timeshare resort; however, I'm not a timeshare's salesman. That means, you DO NOT have to sit in on a 90 minute sells pitch to get you to purchase a unit. If you attend the 90 minute sells pitch that is your fault.The one-bedroom is a spacious 660 sq ft furnished villa with a king-size bed and whirlpool tub in the master bedroom. The sofa can fold out to a queen size sleeper in the living area. The room has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, cable television with premium channels and DVD player.Resort amenities:14 swimming pools - kids pools - hot tubsFree kids theaterRestaurants, sports bar, and convenient store on the premisesMiniature golfSwan boat rentalDaily activities and social events at the resortFree transportation to Disney (you will have to check with the front desk for designated times)Check-in time: 4 pmCheck-out time: 10 amPet friendly (additional fee required)Here is the fine print:The room is for a 7 day/ 6 night stay. Any extra charges (i.e. food, phone, activities) will be the responsibility of the person the room is registered to. Check-in is either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I can not guarantee if you will have a view of the lake or the fireworks but it will be one of the two. You can request either one and I will try my best to make it happen but no guarantee.A valid photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport is required at check-in. A major credit card will be pre-authorized for a security deposit for any incidental charges. Special requests for a rollaway or cribs are subject to availability and additional fees. Taxes, gratuities, and transportation or meals are NOT included in this offer. Accommodations based upon availability and provided by the resort.Payment:Do NOT send any payment until I have confirmed a unit will be available during the timeframe you have requested. Paypal is preferred to speed up the timeliness of the transaction and to ensure the room is reserved. I will accept a money order or check; however, I will not reserve the room until after the check has cleared the bank. This could be up to 7 business days after I deposit the check. If you send a check, I ask that you be flexible on your timeframe.Cancelation:You are renting from the owner, not any company or business, so there is NO REFUND for any cancelation. However, I will work with you on adjusting your date if you are unable to make your vacation. The buyer will be responsible for any additional cost incurred to change their date and subject to the resort's cancellation policy. Any travel date cancellation/change within 7 days, will result in a service fee. Any cancelation/change within 72 hours of arrival is subject to a service fee plus the first night's room rate at the non-promotional rate.
