The weekend of September 19th is available ($1450/night), and all dates from October 13 to December 25 other than November 23 to 28. New Year's Eve is likewise offered. Nightly Rates: September $1450, October $1200, November 1 to 22 and November 29 to December 25: $1100, December 28 to January 2: $1450. Summertime Weekly Rentals: $9,000 to $12,000. Developed circa 1915, our beautiful beach block home has been brought back and is magnificently furnished. Delight in the elegance of the early 1900s with all the amenities of the 21st century in a remarkable 3 system Victorian. The Victoria Inn is perfect for household trips, anniversaries, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, christenings, business occasions, civil unions, family reunions, women' or good friends' weekends, retirements, refuges, tea ceremony, weddings and other events. With lodgings for approximately 40 people in all 3 adjacent systems, this is a one-of-a-kind vacation house. The Main House sleeps 17 in 7 bedrooms with three complete and two half baths, Condo A sleeps 13 in 4 rooms with 1.5 baths, and Condo B sleeps 11 in 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. From May through September, two fully confined outdoor showers are readily available for all units to share. Discounts for off-season stays longer than 2 nights or mid-week stays. All units were professionally brought back following Hurricane Sandy. All units have modern facilities including Wifi, cable television and HDTVs.
