Golf courses within three miles, the bluffs within five miles. Wolcott town 2 miles away from house. Free firewood, four person peddle boat, row boat, and fishing poles. Cottage sleeps nine comfortably. Newly renovated and clean. Private drive and dock to park four boats and six jet skis. Parking for approximately 10 cars. Cottage sits on 18 acres with hiking trails through wooded semi hilly terrain. Port bay has access to lake Ontario and direction west is a twenty minute boat ride by the bluffs to sodus bay and east is about the same time to fair haven bay. There is a free gas grill to use and plenty of room for yard games and tent pitching. Renters must supply their own food, drink and linens. located approximately 1 hour from Rochester or Syracuse.
