Our petite, barn red, 1,100 sq.ft. A-Frame is located on the north side of Egg Harbor. Although tiny, we have three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, two decks -- both front and back, and plenty of yard space in which to run around. There are two bedrooms upstairs; each bedroom has two twin beds. The downstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed, dressers, and two closets. The bathroom off this bedroom has a shower, but because of the slant of the roof, those of you over six feet will have to angle your head slightly to accommodate cleanliness. The downstairs has a galley kitchen with breakfast bar and comes with a sink, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The main living area has table to use for sit down meals or card playing. Also this area has a futon/couch, a large over-stuffed chair, a rocker, and a television/VCR/DVD not hooked up to cable. The back has two sheds, a fire pit area, and a love seat size wooden swing. We are within minutes of walking to the many Egg Harbor specialty shops, restaurants and it is a breeze to get to the harbor and beach.We will provide fresh linen and towels. If single nights are available it is $135 night. Price increase over holidays. July 4th week is 4 night minimum @ $725 and must cover July 4th. Any extra nights wanted that week is at the $125 nightly rate. Opening for 2014 season the 2nd weekend in April DEPENDING on weather. April,May,Sept,Oct. is a 2 night minimumCheck-in 3 p.m. Check-out 12p.m. Maximum 6 guests allowedWe require 50% deposit upon making reservation and balance is due 1 week prior to arrival. We have a 2 week cancellation policy. Cash or check only.
