September Rates $500 week, $150 a night (2 night min)October Rates $750 week, $200 a night (2 night min) Fully furnished upscale vacation apartment, with one large bedroom, full bath and a large vaulted living room which opens into a full kitchen with a breakfast bar. Located right in the heart of Lenox (next to historic B & B's) so leave the car in the driveway and take a one minute walk to the shops or restaurants in town! This extremely comfortable furnished apartment comes completely stocked with linens, top quality stainless steel appliances, and all of your kitchen needs for cooking and dining if you chose to do so. The large bedroom (approx 12 x 20 ft.) has a walk-in closet, a balcony, and a plush queen sized bed. A sectional in the living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa with extra padding. Cable TV and wireless internet are provided for your use. Lots & lots of storage (closets, dressers, drawers, cabinets) & an executive desk to account for work that could not be left behind. Large driveway with ample parking available. Situated on one acre of natural wooded scenery. Plenty of natural light with many windows for letting in the fresh air on the cool fall nights. Heat included for those cool mornings. Located near Church on the Hill, and historic downtown Lenox & Kennedy Park. A wide sidewalk paves the way for the short walk into town. Home is easily located off Rt 20/7 just minutes to area attractions... Golf, Hiking/Biking, Shopping, Dining, Theatre, Tanglewood, and so much more! Perfect for vacationers, those relocating to the area, or persons working in the area temporarily! No smoking or pets, please. Rates Low Season: September 1st- April 30th (excluding dates listed below) $150 per night (2 night min), $500 per week, $1100 per month Mid Season: June 1st- June 26th, the month of October "Foliage Season", Thanksgiving Weekend & Holiday Weekends- $200 per night, $750 per week High Season: (June 24th through August 31st)- $250 per night, $1200 per week, $3500 per month Rates include everything! (Electric, water/sewer, cable, wireless internet, maintenance, garbage pickup). Two night minimum stay. Short/long term leases may be available. PaymentA 40% deposit is required to reserve. All taxes and fees are included in rates. Cancellation policyA $40 processing fee is charged for any cancellation. Cancellations must be made within 30 days prior to your arrival date. During the July & August time period, rental deposit is only refundable if apartment is re-rented in the event of cancellation. For all other times, refunds are only given for cancellations made within the specific time frame listed above. Extra guests: $20 per person per night for more than 2 persons per apartment.
