The lake is great - fishing, Kyaking and boating are still going strong! This wide open 2000 square foot manufactured home is a great place to relax. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a pull out couch and 2 full size couches. It sleeps up to 10 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens are provided - just bring your own beach towels. The houses across the street are on the lake so the water is about 100 yards away. There is plenty of room for parking and toys. The location is 5 miles north of Eufaula and 10 miles south of Checotah off Texanna Road. There are lots of restaurants, convience stores and a new Dollar General in the area. The back yard is fenced and there are doggie doors on both the front and back doors. Pets are welcome at no additional charge. Winter rates are in effect - $150 for Friday and Saturday nights and $125 for all others. There is a $50 cleaning fee per stay. Week stays are available for $700 plus cleaning fee. Call me at 918-857-XXXX for questions.
