Fishing and Kyaking are going strong at the Lake Eufaula. It's going to be a great Winter this year! This wide open 2000 square foot manufactured home is a great place to hang out and relax or get together with family and friends. The 20x40 screened deck with a lake view is wonderful. The fire pit makes it comfortable to watch tv or just look at the lake. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a pull out couch and 2 full size couches. You can sleep 10 comfortably. The back yard is fenced with doggie doors on both the front and back doors. No extra charge for pets. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. All towels and bedding are provided - we just ask you to bring your own beach towels. The houses across the street are on the lake - water is about 100 yards away. We are located off Texanna road - near lots of restaurants and convience stores plus a new Dollar General. Winter rates are in effect - $150 for Friday and Saturday nights and $125 for all others. There is a $50 cleaning fee per stay. Week stays are available for $700 plus cleaning fee. Call me for more information at 918-857-XXXX.
