Nestled directly on Little Red Water Lake, which is not little at all! Huge lake of about 400 acres surrounded mostly by orange groves and only a few houses that offers fabulous fishing. House has expansive views of lake and we provide two kayaks for your enjoyment. Very quiet and private. You will usually find that you are the only one on the water! There is a boat landing if you wish to bring your own boat! Upstairs is a 1/1 with over 800 sq.ft. of central air-conditioned living area. All utilities including water and electricity (electricity up to $100 is included. Any charges over $100 will be deducted from credit card or subtracted from deposit), cable, wi-fi, and washer/dryer are included (Sleeps 4). Bottom floor is a large 600 sq.ft. Studio unit with full kitchen and bath (Sleeps 4). The two units are not connected inside but both are included in rental for your use and enjoyment. Both are completely furnished !!
