House was recently redecorated and painted, and has new carpet installed. There is WiFi internet, TV, DVD, cable, sound system, PS2 and Nintendo64 in living room. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, BBQ grill, lounge chairs and picnic table on the large back porch. There is also a screened-in porch with tables and seating. Amenities also include: central air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer and port-a-crib. Bring your sheets, towels and sunscreen. Close to shops and restaurants. Community pool and tennis courts are available. Two town/beach parking permits are included and parking is available for four cars at the house. The house rents for $1595 per week.
