Rental for at the dock living only - boat will not go out on water - 4 adults max. Weekend Rental away from the dock starts at $1000/day or $3000/weekend. NO PETS - NO SMOKINGThe Sanctuary House Boat is a 76 foot long boat with a full kitchen with breakfast bar, full size range, microwave oven and refrigerator. Granite counters installed in kitchen and on breakfast bar September 2010. Kitchen is open to the living room with flat screen 42" HDTV and the dining area with wine rack and wet bar. Sanctuary includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has sliding glass door to back deck and large closet for added storage. There are tile floors in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Both bathroom have full sized showers and linens closets. There are two lower decks - aft and forward decks. The aft deck has a swimming platform and ladder for enjoying the water while out for the weekend.
