Visit Austin and stay in the middle of it all. Walk to SoCo, Downtown and Lady Bird Lake then spend the night in our cozy and quiet cottage in the heart of Austin. Our cute 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment has a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, utensils, cups, plates, coffee pot and basic appliances. We have a desk so you can work or study during your stay (for you work-a-holics) we also offer free wi-fi for your cell, tablet, laptop, etc. Our living room is equipped with a flat screen tv, free cable, 2 futons and an ottoman with extra pillows and linens for your overnight guests. Our apartment boasts plenty of natural daylight which studies suggest helps boosts endorphins making your stay in Austin an even more pleasant experience! Our queen sized bed sits in a private room away from the den/living area, and has it's own door to access the bathroom. A stack-able washer/dryer sit in the bedroom next to the closet. We supply fresh/clean linens, towels, soap and iron/ironing board. If you have a loyal canine companion, show him some love by walking him/her to Austin's hot doggie park just two short blocks away. We love pets as much as you do and welcome them in our home. We have housekeeping and maintenance on call for any last minute needs/ emergencies and even have suggestions as to what to do in Austin.
