Our home is in the neighborhood of Assateague Pointe, next to Frontier Town off of Rt. 611.It is a one room residence with a queen size sofa bed in the living room, can sleep approximately 6 people.The neighborhood has two swimming pools, ponds, recreation center, fishing pier, and more It is within just a couple of miles of shopping, dining establishments, rides, and the beach/boardwalk! All occupants are needed to clean before departure and take all trash to trash dump at front of the neighborhood. Our costs for the season of May-Sept. of 2014, with a minimum of 3 nights remain, are as follows:. 3-5 nights $135/night. 6 or more nights $125/night. We require 1/3 of your stay as a deposit to hold your dates. Please ask us about our marked down off periods rates as well. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you !!
