Built by Finnish architect from all local wood, pine floors, exposed rough sawn beams. 2nd floor balcony overlooks great room & hearth. Wrap-around covered deck overlooks creek. Second covered porch in front. Wood stove sits on large stone hearth. Very private setting, no traffic, no noise, no visible neighbors. Large kitchen, washer, dryer. Fully furnished, dishes, towels, linens provided. Can sleep 4- 6 (two full beds and one full size futon, plus inflatable twin). Electric heat. GREAT WEEKEND RETREAT. BEAUTIFUL SETTING in Hulbert Hollow. Waterfall included. On quiet country road, 25 miles to Watkins Glen, 25 to PA, 20 to Ithaca. Short drive to unposted state land.Well-behaved pet accepted. Fully equipped kitchen, new appliances. Washer & Dryer. Room to park RV or camper. Acre size shady yard with room for kids to play. Large 2-car garage/workshop. You are welcome to use my tools. Wireless internet and dish TV. Good deer hunting in nearby State land, directions provided.$200 night, 2 night minimum, $50 pet deposit. $200 damage deposit if over 4 guests.
