Boats welcome! LePort Resort has space for two large boats to dock right in your own back yard. Two separately fenced yards make this a great home for children. On site we have provided a variety of toys from buckets and shovels, hullahoops, sidewalk chalk to a kayak for your use. Movies and lots of magazines are provided. Bicycles upon request. Lots of parking both in the garage and in the large parking spaces. House has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and a large upstairs room with sink and refrigerator. The sleeping arrangements include: 2 master bedrooms with attached baths, one with king bed and the other a queen, both have TV's. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds which sleeps 4 and there is a full bath right outside the door and the fourth large upstairs room has two trundle beds that sleep 4 or if pushed together can sleep 6 small children. The house sleeps 12 in beds and all beds are very comfortable. There is an additional queen pull-out couch. This house is completely equipped with everything you need for a comfortable home away from home vacation. We are locals and if there is something that we have overlooked just give us a call and we will try to help anyway possible. This is a private home which has not been rented on a weekly basis for long, however, the visitors that we have accommodated always come back! Monthly or long term rental rates negotiable.
