This is a luxurious 2 bedroom, 1100 square foot apartment that is being offered for vacation and extended stay rentals. It is located in a quiet, forested, 5 acre park like setting 12 minutes from downtown Corvallis and only 6-8 minutes from Good Samaritan Hospital and Hewlett-Packard's campus. It is air conditioned and comes fully equipped with all the necessary items to enable a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. All you need are your own personal items and your own food if you wish to utilize the kitchen facilities. It has full laundry facilities with complimentary detergent and softeners. Imagine the convenience of not having to spend valuable time and money at a Laundromat! Free WIFI and basic cable TV are also included as is a DVD player with loaner media available. Daily house keeping, however, is your responsibility. It is being offered at a daily rate of $125 for a maximum of 4 occupants. On 'special event weekends (e.g., football weekends, etc.)' there is a 2 day minimum stay but we do not raise our rates unlike many others that do. Our weekly rate is $700, a savings of $175 and the monthly rate (28 days minimum continuous stay) is $2500, a savings of $1750! Sorry but no pets and no smokers are accepted. Here are some recent reviews left by guests at our apartment: 1. The bedroom was absolutely the most comfortable, quiet and relaxing place we have ever stayed. Impeccably furnished, neat, and spotless also describes the bedroom, We had a great time visiting with Mike and Sandy, fabulous and friendly hosts. Wait till you see the gardens as we picked blueberries and apples for breakfast. Best of all were Sandy's peach melt-in-your mouth muffins. We rate it 5 stars! They will see us again. August 2013 2. We loved our stay at Mike and Sandy's wonderful 2-bedroom, stand-alone apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen so that we were able to save money by cooking most of our meals ourselves. There are lovely views of trees and gardens from all the windows, and it is blissfully quiet, which made for a very relaxing vacation. Mike and Sandy are very friendly hosts, and were happy to talk with us about Corvallis, as we are considering a move there. Sandy is a fantastic baker, and made us homemade cookies and peach muffins (from their peach tree). It was a real treat! it was also great to pick fruit from their fruit trees--our 8-year-old daughter loved this. The substantial grounds are immaculate and border other large properties, so you really feel like you are in the middle of nature even though you are just minutes from town. There is great hiking nearby, too--we especially loved the beautiful Arboretum, but it is pretty even just to walk on the country lanes outside the Revelle's gated enclave. We will definitely be back.August 2013 3. We had a wonderful stay with Mike and Sandy Revelle's, and if we could go back tomorrow we would. Our stay began with a warm welcome and introduction to the sharply appointed and beautifully furnished two bedroom apartment. Luxury is a good word to describe this warm and inviting condo. Sandy had baked us fresh muffins and left us plenty of snacks and fresh fruit to enjoy after our 4 hour trip to Corvallis. We instantly felt relaxed and had that at home feeling. We were invited to walk thru Mike and Sandy's beautiful gardens and grounds, the fresh ripe plums and snap peas were quite a treat to enjoy. We enjoyed the to close proximity to Corvallis, it was nice to have the option to run into town and eat at one of the many wonderful eateries or a few nights we brought home dinner to cook in Sandy's well appointed condo kitchen, which made our stay even more relaxed and comfortable. We plan to come down and stay again if I could rate my overall experience it would have to be a 10+ out of 10.
