Just 45 minutes North of Grand Rapids this 600 sq. ft. home is perfect for a couple or as much as 4-6 visitors. The cottage has actually been just recently remodelled with new floors, paint, furniture, fireplace, bathroom (that includes a rain shower) and updated kitchen area (full with brand-new appliances). Our home is minutes away from the Manistee National Forest and showcases a 2000 sq ft outdoor deck that overlooks the award winning Muskegon River complete with the famous outdoor "nap nook" with queen bed. Finest place to sleep in West Michigan! Take pleasure in the outdoor TELEVISION and view a DVD or catch up on the news. If you like you can even dock your boat right at the home or simply fish off the dock. The cottage is set up with 1 queen bed, a small bunk space for 2 and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Clean and totally furnished with everything you must need for an excellent stay. Had to rest and de-stress? This is the location to do it. Rents Saturday to Saturday $950 for the week. Monday through Thursday, rates are $155 per night with minimum 2 night stay. Friday through Sunday rates are $225 per night with a 2 night minimum stay. 50 % of the rental cost is because of hold. Cottage Features:.- 2000 sq ft outdoor deck ignoring the award-winning Muskegon River.- Outdoor space with bed. Finest place for a nap in Michigan.- Small, cozy 600 sq ft. cottage right on the river. Wonderful views.- Two flat-screen TELEVISION's in living room and master bed room.- Cable television and net.- Firepit for marshmallow roasting.- Large teak picnic table with plenty of room.- Miles of hiking nearby on state land and in the Manistee National Forest.- Charcoal grill on properties.- Great fishing right from the dock on this award winning river! Small print: No Pets. No parties. Cottage for not more than 6 with queen size bed, foldout sleeper sofa and extra smaller sized room with two bunks. No smoking, no water in the residence due to the flooring. Due to speedy current of the river Wear life preserver at all times. Do not postpone! Weekends are filling up quickly.
