Come to Maui and enjoy our ocean-side condo. Our prices depend on the season and length of say so the price shown is negotiable. We will provide you with a very competitive quote - just let us know your needs. You would rent our second home directly from us. We have owned it for about 13 years and make regular visits (who wouldn't?) to keep it in top shape. You can sit on our 5th floor lanai and watch whales in season, keep an eye on the kids at the pool or toast the fabulous Maui sunset every evening. All the photos you will see here and on our sites are taken by us and are of our condo. Please let us share a little paradise with you this summer or winter. We prefer PayPal, our rates are very competitive and we will work with you on available dates etc. This building is in a quiet area, extremely well maintained and RIGHT ON the water. No need to trek across streets etc. Miles of white sand beach are right next door. There are two bedrooms, two baths and with the sofa bed we can sleep 6 people. There is a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, free Wifi, Cable TV (Two sets with DVD players), roof and ocean-side BBQ's and a restaurant right in the building if you want to not cook some night. Our pool is heated, parking is off-street, the building is handicapped accessible and shopping etc. is close-by. We are only about 20 min from the airport via a 4 lane highway on the dry side of the island so you do not have to drive a long way once you arrive. You can find great night life, all kinds of ocean sports and enjoy the wide variety of other activities Maui has to offer at your leisure or just borrow a good book from our in-building "library" and hit the pool or the beach. Maui is the complete Hawaiian experience - all on one island. We have it all from the 10,000 ft mountain in our back yard to rain-forests to lava fields and scenic drives that will make you want to return again and again. Let us know when you would like to come to paradise and will will work with you to find a schedule and price that will suit your needs. You don't have to spend $500 a day for a cramped hotel room.
