Our beautiful 5 room Pocono rental house is a modern chalet with huge windows located in the center of the Hideout, the Pocono Mountain's premier, a 4 star, 4 season resort neighborhood right near the lake.We are 5 minutes walk from the pool, the lake and the beach of this upscale community. Great for year round satisfaction where you can swim, fish, delight in fresh mountain air, tennis, BBQ and just relax. Huge living room, large dining location and a totally geared up kitchen includes housewares for 12. The rent is for off season is 750/weekend (2-Nights). Summer season weekend $950. Summertime week $1250, $150/Each Additional Night The house also has broadband web gain access to, so just bring a laptop computer. This home offers all the comforts of home in a beautiful country setting. Memorial Day Wknd-$850; 4th of July-$1100; Labor Day Wknd-$950, Thanksgiving Wknd (4 day)-$850;.New year's (3 nights) - $1750.Home has Pool table and Tennis table. Mini gambling establishment in our home with Roulette, Craps, Blackjack, & Poker video games.Right here is the list of facilities in our gated community.Fishing (arguably finest in Poconos). Boating. Water snowboarding, greens. Miniature golf. Horseback riding. Zoo is simply one mile away and it measures up to Central Park Zoo, Tennis (6 courts). Paintball, and a great deal of activities like 6 play grounds in indoor sports center with gym, aerobics etc. We have 2 pools and 5 lakes.Cost is for up to 11 people. Every person over 11 is $50 per night.
