Sleeps 6.Cable and WIFI is offered free to our renters.On the back patio area we provide a grill and a fenced in lawn.We offer all bed sheets and towels. The kitchen is totally equipped with pots, utensils, pans, and cups. A full size washer and clothes dryer is in the laundry room for your use.In addition to the front living-room, our home has a reading/sitting room were the kids or adults can play games and eat.Our recently remodeled beach home is kept very clean and can be an ideal trip. Rate differs by period - rates range from $695 - $995/week for non-peak - kindly require a rate quote. Mention you saw this on Craigslist and we'll give you $50 off your rent! Long term occupants welcome! We provide monthly rates also - require quote. Daily leasings are also available, with a 3-night minimum stay. Note - This is a no animal or smoking cigarettes home.
