This 3 bedroom newly remodeled cottage is as close to the water as it gets. It is totally handicapped accessible, with a ramp, cut outs in the kitchen at the sink and stove and a roll in shower in the bath. The bath actually has 2 showers. One shower is in the bathtub. The living room has wrap around windows on three sides so you get a great view of the St. Lawrence River even if you are inside. These windows and the deck also give you a great view of the sunsets and Carlton and Wolf Islands. You will also see the BIG ships coming and going on the shipping channel.There is one queen-sized bed and two double. If you need extra sleeping room, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. We supply linens and bath towels but not swim towels. This cottage has an open floor plan so it is easy to move around and ideal for entertaining.There is a paved boat ramp and a shared 40 ft. dock. There are also two paved concrete areas in front of the boathouse for your use. The swimming and fishing are good. There is a fire ring if you want a campfire.The only things you need bring are swim towels, suntan lotion, flashlight, camera and food and drinks. If you don't want to cook, there are many excellent restaurants close by.Sunnybanks Restaurant is on the lot next door. It is within walking distance.You can see more pictures at www. greencedars.us.
