Aloha!!!We are looking for someone interested in purchasing partial ownership of our vacation home. We originally purchased this property as a family getaway, but only use it a couple of months now. In order to defray costs, we want to permanently sell the usage of our home to new owners. We are looking for families that are friendly and welcoming that can enjoy our vacation home as much as we have. We currently rent out the property when not in use for $500-$600 a night on airbnb and vrbo. This makes roughly $10,000 to $15,000 per month depending on occupancy.The market value for our home is $1.2MM, and we have to pay around $6000 per year for property tax. Our schedule is flexible as we are both retired, so please email us what months your are looking for so that we can work something out.In terms of legal, we can get an attorney to handle the details to make sure all parties are covered.Our home is across the street from Keawakapu Beach. It is a two story, four bedroom, three and a half bath home with a large den, plus second spacious activity room with a wet bar. The two car garage enters the home through a laundry room with storage facilities and half bath. There is also a large private park reserved for exclusive use of Wailea Kai owners.
