The master bedroom has a separate vanity area downstairs.The back yard is large (1/2 acre), grassy, and tree-shaded, and faces west for beautiful sunsets looking across the lake. Back yard ends at a small beach on Lake Livingston.The Cape Royale Golf Club, a public course, is only five minutes away. The course receives high praise among golfers and sports writers.
