The 100 foot dock includes a swimming ladder, watercraft tie-ups and adequate area for lounging, fishing, and regular dolphin sightings. Rarely a day goes by where you can not experience the amazing sight and noises of dolphins playing and passing by the home. Enjoy coffee in the mornings and mixed drinks in the night while remaining on the porch and taking in the impressive sunset. The totally geared up damp bar opens to the outdoor cooking area where you can delight in the use of our outdoor grill to prepare your morning catch. Whether you are trying to find the best place for a family getaway, or a serene vacation, this home has it all. There is wonderful fishing right off the dock where you can capture redfish, trout, and perch to name a couple of. For the avid fisherman, bring your boat, we have a personal lift. There is a fish cleaning station to prepare your day's catch.
