The 100 foot dock features a swimming ladder, watercraft tie-ups and ample area for lounging, fishing, and frequent dolphin sightings. Rarely a day passes where you can not experience the incredible sight and sounds of dolphins playing and passing by the home. Enjoy coffee in the mornings and mixed drinks in the night while sitting on the porch and taking in the awesome sundown. The fully equipped damp bar opens to the outdoor kitchen where you can enjoy the use of our outdoor grill to prepare your morning catch. Whether you are looking for the perfect place for a family trip, or a serene trip, this home has it all. There is terrific fishing right off the dock where you can capture redfish, trout, and perch among others. For the passionate fisherman, bring your boat, we have a personal lift. There is a fish cleaning station to prepare your day's catch.
