The home is located in the quiet setting of Indian Creek, on a cul-de-sac.When you want to relax by the pool, do so under the comfort of the lanai & in relaxing lounge chairs & chaises. The pool & spa area is screened in & quite private. Behind the pool area is a playground.Step into the Phineas & Ferb games room & play a game of pool, air hockey, foosball or darts while listening to some fun tunes on the CD player/stereo.The family room is a comfortable & relaxing large space. Enjoy the high definition 55' flat screen tv & cable. Also a Wii with games, blue ray player, surround sound & 120 great movies. A small collection of novels or play a game from our large selection of board games or puzzles.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. Stainless steel appliances. There is a high counter area with 3 bar stools. The dining area is spacious & has a high end dining room table & chairs.All bedrooms have cable & the beds are also allergy & bed bug protected!There are 2 master bedrooms, each with luxurious king size beds & ensuites.The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.The 4th bedroom is the Lilo and Stitch room, equipped with a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom & a twin above.There is a nice, full size bathroom between these 2 bedrooms.Another full size bathroom is between the 5th bedroom with king size bed & the 6th bedroom.The 6th bedroom is the Indiana Jones bedroom & has 2 twin beds.The Lilo and Stitch room has a Mickey Mouse TV & dvd player. All the other bedrooms are equipped with high definition, flat screen TVs with built in DVD players. However, the Indiana Jones room has a larger 40' HDTV with blu-ray player, PS2 & lots of games.
