Rates are $69 per day or $449 for the week!Weekly Rentals generally begin and end on Saturdays; occasionally canstart and end on Fridays or Sundays!If you do decide to book elsewhere, please be sure to call Carts for Cancerfor your golf cart rental ($49); bike rentals ($15), gas scooter ($29) and 3wheel trike rentals ($39), their lowest rate on the Island airport shuttleservice too; and not only save a good bit of money; but also support The Curefor Cancer, since they do donate fully 50% of their proceeds going to TheCure!You can reach Carts for Cancer at 800-373-XXXX.IMPORTANT READ!All of our properties are safe pay properties!What our clients like most about us are:1-We accept all major credit cards!2-We don't pay ANY landlords until you are in their propertyand have given us a heads up call!3-We hold all deposits, thus guaranteeing that landlords don'tbuy their new sheets and towels on you!To book a property, we just need your name and address for the agreement;which we email. Then you can make payment either by paying with yourcredit card right on our website, or if lead time allows, and you prefer, youcan send in a check. If paid by credit card, we instantly email your paymentreceipt, then we exchange signed signature pages by fax or mail.We then arrange for entry, either by gate and lock box codes or arrangingfor the owner or an agent to meet you and take you into the property.We also waive any cleaning or pet fees! We do a small deposit, between$100 and $200; and you can conveniently and safely pay with any majorcredit card right on our website! 50% due with booking with the balancedue 7 days prior to arrival! All utilities are included and the only extra isthe tax.Rentals of less than a week can only be booked two weeks in advance.There is a three day minimum, except we do accept two day rentals (exceptfor holiday weekends) if booked just two days prior to arrival!Additionally, we hold the deposit, so you don't get nickel and dimed onreplacement sheets, towels, etc. (truth is our landlords don't do this, butthis way you sure feel more protected!). Of course our service is free totenants as the landlord pays our commission. Another important precautionwe take with the real estate debacle all over the country, is that we don'trelease any of your money to the landlord until you are in their propertyand have given us a thumbs up!
