The pool area is screened with a lanai to keep out biting bugs so you can relax in peace. Heated pool is an optional extra recommended October - May.A super dining arrangement to seat 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped when you want to eat in or have a BBQ. The living room has a 46 inch TV & BluRay.The sliding patio doors leading to the pool deck have alarms if you want to ensure little one's don't wander out to the pool area unsupervised.It is a perfect holiday home for large families or 2 families.The King Master Bedroom with ensuite is situated on the ground floor. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs, there is another King Master Bedroom with ensuite and a crib.There are also 2 queen bedrooms.1 twin bedroom is themed for the boys and the other for the the girls.The final bedroom has a day bed which goes into a full bed.The villa has 4.5 bathrooms (1.5 downstairs and 3 upstairs).There is a Computer for use and free WIFI.There are plenty of places to eat out and many options of takeaway's nearby.Free telephone calls to USA and Canada. International cards can be purchased from local supermarkets from $10.Southern Dunes is located approximately 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport or approximately 60 minutes from Tampa airport.
