The address is 1934 Georgia St. in Oshkosh, which is only 1/2 block off 20th Ave. (The street picture shows the T-intersesction of Georgia with 20th.) The Basler indication is throughout the street, with Wittman just a couple of blocks down the street, so you are CLOSE to the action! Aircrafts fly straight over the backyard, as it generally lines up with a runway. It is a short walk or bike trip to the EAA grounds/shuttle. We are only a 1.2 mile walk or bike trip to Pick-N-Save supermarket, dining establishments, and shopping. It is a nice, safe community. We offer 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 single, and one loft bed) on the upper level with one full bath.The lower level has a good pull-out queen sofa bed and 2nd bath with sink/toilet/shower.Additional twin mattress readily available to place on the floor. Pull-out full-size bed in the LR, too.House sleeps 6-7 conveniently, with nobody sleeping on a floor.New ceramic tile floors in entry, cooking area, dining room and den for easy clean-up and to keep things cool.Fresh linens offered at start of the week. Towels are available, likewise.Huge deck with gas grill and picnic table, etc. Lots of off-street parking is readily available for your benefit.Internet connection and wi-fi is readily available for your use, likewise.Laundry, water softener, dishwasher, air conditioning, ceiling fans, etc . We are non-smokers, and we have a canine and a cat. We have daily care already arranged for them, and they are really well acted and family-friendly. $750 minimum charge, but rate is negotiable up or down depending on length of stay and number of individuals.Examples:.2 people x 3 nights = $750, or $125/person per night.2 people x 5 nights = $750, or $75/person per night.
