An extra $500 refundable down payment is required, but there is no cleaning cost. We can take the down payment by credit card upon arrival. This summer is booked until September 7. Lots of mid-week dates are offered beginning September 8. The weekend of September 19 is offered, and all dates starting October 13 through December 25, except Thanksgiving week. New Year's Eve is available. Summer regular rates from $4,500 to $6,700. We are now booking for 2015. Take a go back in time as you relax in our adoringly brought back & completely refurbished house, magnificently furnished with beautiful antiques. Built circa 1915, the Main House features large plank hardwood floors, a sculpted oak staircase, an original tarnished glass window, intricate antique oak fireplace with a two-tiered mantle, lovely mahogany bar, pocket oak doors, large trim, & arched entrances. We take excellent pride in preserving our gorgeous house in the Victorian style while offering our visitors with all modern facilities. Many visitors mention about the European flair throughout the Inn as they enjoy our decor. This is a child-friendly rental as the majority of the decorations are in display cabinets or from arm's reach with family leasings.The Main House is the second, fourth and third floors of a 4 story structure. The ground-level unit is Condo A, a handicap-friendly, 4 room condominium that could be leased alone or with the Main House. Up one flight of steps to the Main House, enjoy fantastic ocean breezes on the brand brand-new, wrap-around deck with ocean views, beautiful hanging geraniums, and comfortable wicker furnishings.From the front deck, become part of the awesome foyer with a gorgeous Victorian organ, hall tree and secretary desk. With the foyer is the terrific cooking area with lovely cabinets & top of the line upgrades including extensive Corian counters & a Miele dishwasher. The handcrafted, country table seats 12 to 14 with extra seating in the nearby bar location. The kitchen area has a 32" hdtv and is fully stocked with service for 20 and a broad range of small electrics, including a Keurig. Enjoy drinks at the rich mahogany bar with a two-tiered oak fireplace, 27" hdtv, and the atmosphere of a European tavern. Unwind in a Victorian-furnished parlor with 2 lovely sofas, a beautiful fireplace, magnificent pocket doors and ocean views. Watch the video game or your preferred program in our comfortable living room with a 42" hdtv. The family room is nearby to a full bath and has a new, leather queen-size sleeper couch, making this an optional 8th bed room.The 7 stunning rooms are located on the top 2 floors of your home, a floor above the living areas for privacy and quiet. The 2nd floor master bedroom is Memories with incredible ocean views, a four-poster queen bed, and an en suite half bath. Likewise on the 2nd floor is Tranquility with a queen bed, Dreamscapes with a pyramid bunk bed: single over complete (NOTE: this bed will be changed with a queen for 2015 leasings), and Serenity with a queen bed. All 2nd floor bed rooms have quaint tooth-brushing sink, beautiful dressers, and stunning chandeliers. The confined laundry nook is located in the Dreamscapes space. The third floor master suite, Romance, has a queen bed, splendid Victorian dressers, a wingback chair, stained glass ceiling fan, impressive ocean views, and a 4 piece en-suite with an oversized Jacuzzi for two. Also on the 3rd floor is Harmony with a queen bed and Renoir with two complete size beds; both rooms share a "Jack & Jill" powder room. All bed rooms have hdtv/dvd mixes and cable television.Summertime leasings consist of 10 beach tags, 2 shared gas grills, 2 parking spaces & 2 totally confined "outdoors" showers with dressing rooms. The Main House has central air conditioning on the leading two floors and brand-new, big, window devices on the first floor. For winter rentals, the home is heated up and has 2 gorgeous fireplaces, both with electric inserts. Wonderfully decorated for the holidays, the Inn is perfect for vacation gatherings and First Night activities. We welcome you to visit - you will absolutely love it!
