Full bath with washer and clothes dryer. Has a cooking area with microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Has a TELEVISION and DVD player but no cable or web. Living space has ac unit and device gets a nice lake breeze. Has a patio space looking out to a pond and the pool. It also has a watercraft dock with access to Lake Erie. Some cooking area devices and linens offered. The resort has a pool, fish cleaning basketball, station and tennis courts a few ponds. Lots of charter boats within strolling range with excellent Lake Erie fishing. The condo is 15 minutes from Port Clinton and ferries to Put-In-Bay, 30 minutes from Cedar Point and Toledo. Also extremely close to Davis Besse and Camp Perry shooting camp. Lease is $85/night weekdays, $95 weekends, $500 for complete week. 2 night minimum. $150 security deposit is refundable, $50 one-time cleaning cost. No smoking. Animals considered, additional cost.
