Located 30 minutes north of Ithaca and Cornell University to the South and Montezuma Wildlife Refuge at the North of the lake, the location offers much for to see and do. This is a beautiful two-bedroom home with central A/C (the big 2nd bedroom is found in the completed basement) is right on the water, has its own private beach for swimming, fishing and enjoying the water and sun. Watch lovely sunsets and delight in a beach fire nights. It comes equipped with a complete kitchen area or if you choose make use of the grill on the beach. The home is completely furnished, cooking area equipment and other materials. You only have to bring your very own clothes, food, drinking water, towels and additional bed linen (we supply bedding for the King Size bed.). We ask a peaceful way of living without any loud celebrations, no smoking, no Jet Skis and no animals. 4 days 3 nights $650.$850/week. Or Lease with June 2015- $975/month plus energies.
