Large Cape Cod style lake cottage available for weekly rentals on beautiful Coldwater Lake, Michigan just 3 miles over Michigan state line (60 miles north of Fort Wayne on I-69 to first exit in Michigan). Lake is clear with shallow, sandy beach ideal for small children to swim and play. Fishing boat provided (motor NOT included); several marinas on lake offer pontoons & watercraft for daily or weekly rental.Cottage has four bedrooms with additional sleeping nooks. Can sleep 10 comfortably. Has 1 large bathroom with garden tub/shower. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and dining area, large living room with full view of lake and deck with table and chairs. Shaded side yard with patio area, picnic table and gas grill complete the outdoor space.Check-in is 3:00 pm Saturday with check-out at 11:00 am following Saturday. Rent starts at $850 per week (based on number of people staying) with $200 non-refundable reservation deposit payable at time of reservation. Security/damage/cleaning deposit will also be required as well as non-refundable $100 charge for pets. Balance of rental fee and signed contract will be required at check-in.
