Liki Tiki Resort is a 64 acre gated resort with 558 units, just 7 miles west of Walt Disney World, outside of Orlando, Florida. Please go to www.likitiki.com for more pictures and information. All fees for the week have been paid and there are no hidden charges to be paid at a later date other than the refundable $150.00 hold on a credit card at check in time to establish credit for incidentals. If a credit card is not provided, a $200.00 cash deposit will be required. Absolutely NO PETS are allowed. Liki Tiki's two-bedroom unit provides sleep space for up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and a master bath with a whirlpool-style tub. The second bedroom has a queen or two twin sized beds with its own TV. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, chairs, tables, large flat-screen TV and DVD (movie rentals are available). There is a full sized dining room and a small kitchen equipped with dishes/pots/pans, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, and dishwasher. The unit has a small safe to secure your valuables, washer/dryer for your convenience, and has either a patio or balcony. Amenities: Liki Tiki Village Resort is the perfect place for a relaxed vacation. There are 2 large heated pools, a hot tub, and the Liki Tiki Lagoon Water Adventure park, a 1.5 acre, 220,000 gallon, on site water park with a gently rolling wave pool, 5 water slides, an erupting water volcano, a waterfall, a toddler's area, spouting tiki heads, and a dancing fountain. There are plenty of lounging areas, barbecue grills, picnic tables, volleyball court, basketball court, tennis courts, and a children's playground. Shipwreck Sally's Bar and Grill is in the midst of the water playground and offers casual food, cocktails and soft drinks. In the Harbor area, Liki Tiki has tropical mini golf and shuffleboard and you can cruise the lake in a paddle boat. Also available is an air conditioned exercise room and a video game room. From Monday thru Friday, Liki Tiki offers arts and crafts for the children. An indoor sit-down restaurant is another amenity, if you do not want to leave the property to eat. Visit the area's popular theme parks: Walt Disney World (7 miles), Universal Studios Orlando (14 miles), and Sea World Orlando (12 miles). For the shopping enthusiast, visit the Prime Outlets, Premium Outlets, or The Mall at Millenia. Also there are a number of restaurants and fast food places, markets, pharmacies, gas stations, Walmart and Target nearby, yet Liki Tiki is just off the main roads and is secluded and quiet. The Orlando International airport is 24 miles away. This listing is far below the Liki Tiki Village resort prices and is an excellent deal. It is a great get away at a wonderful time of the year in Florida, when it is not too hot and the weather is perfect to enjoy the amenities and resorts nearby.
