Updated private washroom, personal bed room, hardwood floors throughout, covered outdoor patio area with french doors beyond dining area, next to cherry tree.Two spaces are readily available, one master with queen bed. The second room has a complete bed with futon. The second space would well for nor adult or more children. Visitor Access. I prefer to satisfy visitors personally to show you the area, offer you information and address questions.Communication with Guests. I have a large 3 bed room, one bath basement I will certainly occupy. The cooking area(on major level) and laundry which is in the basement would be common areas. I work 4-5 days weekly. I have two children that are in your home part-time. They would be in the basement with me or not house at all. I do not have any animals. I would think about canine visitors on a case by case basis. I can not have cats as we are allergic.The Neighborhood. Incredible place, Just north of downtown. Close to popular areas, Highlands and LoHi with many impressive choices for food and drink. Big park and lake throughout Federal Blvd. Outdoor fruit and vegetable market straight across Federal Blvd. Coffee, breakfast and brews within walking distance.Navigating. Federal Blvd is a significant road. Bus stops are steps from the front door. Biking is a fantastic choice given that this location is minutes to other areas or 15 to downtown Denver.B-cyle, bike share, closest place is in LoHi community a 20 minute walk.About a 23 minutes trip if you are driving to work to downtown there is a bus stop on 44th and Federal. I can help you navigate the bus system.Other Things to Note. Great coffee bar (common premises, huckleberry roasters) and neighborhood brewery within walking distance. Outstanding pizza place, Ernie's 3 blocks south. There is traffic noise being on a main thoroughfare and near highway. New windows and A/C decrease. The master bed room and living-room have ceiling fans. If you expect zero traffic noise this may not be for you. If the windows are closed it is a very little hum of traffic.
