House is in great condition with fresh paint, hardwood, stainless appliances, and tastefully decorated in a vintage north end neighborhood.Yard with patio, BBQ, outdoor fireplace, dog run and garden. Conveniently located to downtown and Co-op. Home sits in the Historic Hyde Park District and is 3 blocks from Restaraunts, shops and bus stop. It is also located 2 blocks from Camel's Back park and foothills trails. Approx 10 blocks from the center of downtown. Cruiser bikes are available for your convenience.I am open to renting my furnished N end home for weekends or a night at a time. If you are looking for the convenience of downtown, a kitchen to cook and save money, this is the ideal situation. There is 1 bath, 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 1 king bed, and a loft with a full size tempurpedic mattress. Total square footage is approximately 900 sq ft. Wireless internet, Flat screen TV, Cable and all appliances including washer and dryer. Fresh sheets, towels, linens provided. You can clean the house or you can pay $50 for the housekeeper when you depart. Approved pets for an additional deposit. There is a doggie door and a seperate fenced dog run.I also have a room available as a nightly rental sharing the home with one person. That rate is $40 nightly and is a shared living space. Single professional, 30's, no smoking.
