I have studio's, 1 bed rooms and 2 bedroom trip rentals available throughout the year. I have rentals offered at the following resorts: Grandview Las Vegas, Polo Towers Villas, The Jockey Club, Desert Rose Resort, Westgate Flamingo Bay, Desert Club Resort. Rates beginning at $89 - $145 per night for studio suites. One and two bedroom rates are higher. The suites normally include a full kitchen area, living space location with sofa sleeper, dining area and even more. No Pets and NON Smoking systems. The resorts have facilities such as pools, game rooms, gym, hot tubs, bbq grills, business center and even more. Complimentary parking. You can email me through text, craigslist or call me at.program contact info. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 day. If 60 days or less or holiday week, complete payment is anticipated. I will send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay. As soon as the payment reveals up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner bookings and have them put the reservation into your name. This can use up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for bookings will certainly be on the confirmation and you will have the ability to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the last payment. Within 24 hours of getting the confirmation, the balance is due in complete. I will certainly send you a 2nd Paypal request for the staying balance.
