We have a beautiful condo with ocean and sound views that we are hoping to share with good people. Please only respond if you are over 23 years old and willing to meet in person to pass off the keys. Here are the specifics. Rates are listed at the bottom. Our condo is at the St. Regis Resort on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevators and stairs. We have a one bedroom unit which sleeps 6. The master suite has a queen bed and private bath. The twins bunk beds are recessed in the hallway and we have a queen sleeper sofa. There is another full bathroom in the hallway and a washer/ dryer. We have two flat screen tv's with built in DVD players and cable. We have WiFi and the kitchen is full of all the things you need. Bring your linens and towels and you will be ready for a week at the beach.Our favorite part, aside from the quiet beach, are the amenities. There is a great outdoor pool, an indoor pool with a hot tub and a fitness room with a sauna. In the summer there is also a bakery, cafe and pool side snack bar open. There are tennis courts, picnic/grill areas, a basketball court and a playground.The photo of the ocean with the indoor pool roof on the left is taken from our balcony. The indoor photos are all current and the grounds photos are very recent as well. Also, the sun set photo is taken from our balcony as well. The beach is on the left and sound on the right. Damage Deposit of $200In SeasonApril - September $725 weekly. $110 per night Off seasonOctober through March $325 weekly. $75 per nightThere is a $75 cleaning fee. No smoking or pets.
