There is another complete bath on the main level. 2nd floor has two little rooms with full size beds, with low ceilings and a half bath between the 2 bed rooms. House has a covered Front Porch and carport with siding glass doors facing the mountains, big level yard and lots of parking. This is a Great escape for a mini getaway, vacation or a location to just hang out for a week or 2. Rates are as follows:.Sunday - Thursday $125.00 per night.Friday- Saturday $150.00 per night.Mininum 2 night stay Required.Weekly Rate $810.00.Monthly Rate $3,000.00.
