If you prepare to have even more than 6 people at any given time, for even more than 5 hours, there will certainly be an extra $10/person charge. Please notify me and there will be an extra $50 non-refundable charge if you are preparing to have a celebration of any sort.If left clean according to the cleaning list in device, 200 deposit required and will be reimbursed. Linens are furnished. There is a good kitchen with electrical oven, ice maker and microwave, coffee maker, etc. There is a small TELEVISION with dvd player however no cable television or net. This is actually a location for a fisherman who wants to fish. Take an afternoon to go to Kemah, Galveston or any of the fantastic restaurants, just minutes away. Several have live music a number of nights a week!Clean upstairs device for lease for a fishing vacation. 20 minutes from Kemah, 30 from Galveston and simply a few minutes from regional boat launches and park! Fantastic fishing right in Galveston Bay and a location to park your watercraft, hang your hat and lay your head down after a long morning fishing. Possible pet dog or cat allowed with an extra deposit of $100. There is a yard for the residence however a dog is carpeted so will not return deposit if stained or damaged in any means that can not be cleaned. No smoking cigarettes inside.
