So get ready for some fun!!!You are bidding on a fantastic TWO BEDROOM unit that will sleep 6 in privacy and 8 comfortably at one of Colorado's Finest Ski-in/Ski-out Resorts. I have secured the week of January 12th to January 19th, 2014, arriving and checking out on Sunday. I might be willing to break this up into a 4 day and a 3 day rental in the event you do not want all 7 nights but you need to email me to discuss. The advertised price includes all taxes and additional fees. I may also be able to exchange this week for a different week that works better for you. Just email me and let me know what you are looking for. I can also send many additional pictures.This is PRIME SKI SEASON and this condo is as nice as it gets in Breckenridge!! The Grand Timber Lodge is a 5 Star timeshare and I am the owner of a week and am unable to use it this year. This is truly a ski-in, ski-out timeshare at Breckenridge and at this time of year, this two-bedroom unit typically rents for $545/night + Taxes so the value of this lodging package is $4473 for a 7 night stay. Unfortunately they are sold out for this week and the best way for you to get this week is buy it here on eBay. I am willing to let this week go for less than half price!From the resort you can ski in and ski out to the Beaver Run High Speed Quad Chairlift and or the Snowflake lift at Breckenridge. This gives access to peaks 8 and 9. There is a Fitness Center, steam room, sauna, 2 indoor/outdoor pools that our heated to 90 degrees in the winter, and 6 hot tubs (both inside and outside) spread out among the resort so you are never far from a hot tub. The resort offers Massage Therapy on site as well as a concierge service to book all activities. They even have a full service bar and restaurant on site. This resort has everything including a game room and a ski shop for rental equipment or necessary items you may have forgotten. It just doesn't get any better. Just give them a call!!!The master suite includes a large bathroom with a oversized jetted tub, separate shower with dual shower heads, and bedroom with a king size bed and Flat Screen TV.The great room includes a full kitchen with granite countertops and all cooking/serving implements needed, full size refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc., a fireplace, living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, deck and a washer/dryer.The studio side has a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa along with a full bathroom and an efficiency kitchen. This side can be locked out from the larger unit if desired for even more privacy.WiFi is provide free of charge in the room for you and all guests!"
