You annual taxes (fees and taxes are around 500.00 yearly) are a tax deduction !!! This timeshare also includes a year-long "Interval International" subscription allowing you to trade worldwide. Because it's a 2 room, you can divide the device and have one bedroom, one week annually (with the option of updating to a two bed room at time of booking based on availability-- You can trade for lodging throughout the world with Interval International). www.intervalworld.com. Grande Vista is a remarkable 5-star property located in the heart of Orlando Florida Resort minutes from downtown. (http://www.marriottvacationclub.com/vacation-resorts/marriott-grande-vista/overview.shtml). The two room, two restroom, sleeps 8. Amenities consist of laundry, full cooking area, dining service for 10, cable TV / DVD, jetted tub in master bath, numerous outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, workout center, heated underground parking. Low annual maintenance fee (which is spent for 2014) and our 2014 week is yours to utilize or bank for another year. Priced well below value. (We paid the exact same rate 13 years ago) If you were to purchase this same vacation share from Marriott Vacations, it would cost ~$20,000 at this time.
