This is is a darling COTTAGE, independently set down a long winding driveway bordered by wildflowers, surrounded by thick brush. Captivating w / cathedral ceilings and wood floors throughout, and stained want details. Fully-equipped kitchen area (consisting of dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and pots and pans), washer/dryer, major room w / eating area, 1 BR w / queen bed, separate sleeping location w / full-size futon off the primary space (behind pocket doors). All linens and towels are offered. The home has a full restroom w / tub/shower, & a huge, private deck w / patio furnishings, grill, hammock & outdoor shower. (The home will comfortably sleep as much as 2 couples, but ares more perfect for a couple alone or with 1-2 children. No additional charge for extra guests, approximately 4 total.). Bring your bikes! We are a 3-minute walk from the bike path and a shuttle stop, one and a half miles from the closest beach, and a 10-15 minute ride into the center of town. There is lots of off-street parking as the home is located up a fairly long, winding driveway and has its own parking area.
