This is a unique type of time share, valid for a remaining 85 years from 2011, where you can book at discounted rates for as many times a year as space is available, with at least one week a year guaranteed. Annual maintenance fee is only $110. Originally purchased as an investment where I rented weeks to many clients. My wife passed away in 2006 and it is not used or promoted any longer.
