It has a bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious living room with a double futon, color television, dedicated dining area area with a table for six, and a sleeping alcove with a single bed. The full service kitchen has a refrigerator, gas range, microwave and coffee maker for meals. The private bathroom has a shower over bath-tub. It is in a small apartment. Building and is very peaceful and private. It can sleep up to 4 (4) people. All linens and towels are provided; not daily maid service. There is a coin operated washer & dryer in the building.

3-4 persons: $125 - 150. (usd)

no smoking or pets are allowed on the premises
min of 2 (2) nights; min of 3 (3) nights for holiday weekends.
an additional cleaning fee of up to 10% or $50 per stay.
$250 security deposit, via credit card required.
50% of rent due when reservations are made and balance of rent due 30 days before arrival at the guest unit via checks, or money order. We also accept credit card payments via paypal, but are subjected to an additional 3.5% processing fee.
cancellation policy
30 days’ advance written notice or $150.00 fee if cancelled within 30 days of arrival date.
no refunds for shortened stays, early departures, or last minute cancellations.
