It features a welcoming open concept greatroom - dining - cooking area with a genuine home appearance in a knotty ache decoration. 25' large greatroom w / beast windows & a sofa sleeper, 1 room w / 2 full beds, a complete bath, galley kitchen area, large 75' front yard for activities, pier & sandy beach. House has A/C, microwave, toaster oven, TELEVISION, DVD/VCR, films, linens, cooking accessories and a double charcoal grill out front. With this HUGE front backyard, it's an excellent spot for family get-togethers, even pitch a tent or a screened in porch. You can bring your camping tent, canopy, chairs, air mattresses, and have a good time for a week at the lake. Parking for approximately 6 cars. LITTLE HOUSE Rental Rates:.Weekday (4-night): $450. Sunday to Thursday.Weekend (3-night): $550. Thursday to Sunday.Weekly (7-nights): $695. Sunday to Sunday. OTHER AVAILABLE DATES:. Aug 24 - Aug 31 - $50 off week.Aug 31 - Sept 7 - Labor Day Week - $50 off week. This is a No Pets - No Smoking Property. Broker Owned and Operated.
