Space for rent readily available; a good clean 15 x 17 master bed room with a queen size bed, master bathroom,(10 x 10); a walk-in closet, all in a 4 bedroom 2451 sq feet house. Features include TELEVISION, wifi readily available and DVD gamer. The bed room is on the 2nd floor of the house, and there is a leave terrace to view the surroundings. The loft on the other side of the French doors is readily available to work on your computer system; lay out your computer system documentation and look out the window at the mountains. Kitchen area driveway, privilege or street parking; backyard patio and all in a good quiet community located near 22nd and Harrison.This house is kept very clean and arranged. You need to feel rested and comfortable. Do not hesitate to walk in your barefeet on my carpet or tile. No pets or smoking cigarettes permitted. More photos are offered upon demand. Ask what other benefits I will supply for your stay.I am leasing to from town visitors, snowbirds, tourists, or military on a short-term basis at $35/night single tenancy or $45/night for double for 3 days or less; or $200 weekly for single occupancy - $220 each week for double occupancy. If you stay even more than 2 weeks, I provide affordable cost. If this interests you, simply inquire. Minimum stay: 3 days. It's a best room for one who is transferring to Tucson. A small deposit of 3 days will hold your room. If you have to cancel, I will certainly reimburse 2 days. Accepting direct deposit, paypal or cash order.
