Huge fenced yard with giant sequoias and eagle nesting trees. Private balconies with gorgeous views. Hot tub on the wraparound deck with a barbecue with lake and mountain views. The pool table has been recovered, deck has been re-stained and house has been repainted.Fish from the shore or just listen to the gentle lake waves lap the shore. On the lake in a shallow cove in the Eagle Point area. Spectacular lake and mountain/ski slope views. Just a few minutes drive to the ski slopes, golf, horseback riding, sledding, shops, and restaurants. Walking distance to the park and public beach.
