Timeshare at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort at Gatlinburg Tennesse for sale $15,900. We have two units one is a 1-bedroom deluxe unit and the second unit is a 1-studio deluxe lockout unit. We have 2 weeks on even years. The units are Value Season-Float Week-Float Unit weeks 2 @ 48. But you can go anytime there is availability. You only pay maintence on even years. The fee for maintence is $762. Westgate is a deeded property resort. The resort has the largest indoor water park, spa, restaurant, store, and many others amenities. Trolly service through the resort and many other benefits. We chose buying 2 even year units. This allows us to use one unit on the even year and we roll the second unit over to the odd year so we have vacation each year. You only have to pay the maintence on the even years so that means that on the odd years no maintence is due so it is like getting a vaction for free.. Each year since we have had our time share we have went the week of Thanksgiving. I just call 30 days prior to when we want to arrive and we schedule our week then. You can go anytime as long as there is availability when you call. We love the great smoky mountains during the holiday season. It is all decorated beautifully for the holidays and is a great way to start off the holiday season. Lots of great shopping and loads of attractions. Buyer is to pay closing cost. The only reason we are looking to sale our wonderful timeshare is due to being on short time and even layed off several times in the past several months from work.
