Welcome to the gated community of Indian Summer Condominiums. My 2nd floor condo has been completely renovated and refurbished.Due to circumstances we will be returning home in January and are renting the condo for the months of march and april 2014. Monthly rentals only as per Indian Summer by-laws.We are located in the shadow of the world famous Superstition mountains and very close to shopping, hiking and many wonderful golf courses such as Gold Canyon and Superstition Springs.Come watch Cactus League baseball featuring 15 major league teams such as the Cubs, Dodgers, Angels, and our own Diamondbacks. Golf in the early morning, go to a ballgame in the the afternoon and have a barbeque in the evening with a drink of your choice.Our community is plus 55 and our unit is non-smoking and no pets allowed.The condo is equipped with all your kitchen needs, linens, b/i microwave, in suite washer and dryer, and reverse osmosis drinking water.We have a 42 inch flatscreen TV with DVD player. We have a phone with long distance to Canada and the U.S and high speed internet is provided.The two spacious bedrooms have newer queen size comfortable beds.We have a clubhouse with a small workout room, and a library with 100's of books. There is a new tennis court and shuffleboard area and a golf net for those inclined.The heated salt water pool and hot tub will add many happy hours to your stay at Indian Summer. There are activities to pursue such as water aerobics, tai-chi, bridge and organized golf excurions one day a week. There is Wednesday morning coffee for a social fix.We have the most wonderful staff that do their utmost to keep our home away from home in fabulous condition.There is a $500.00 refundable damage deposit, a $75.00 cleaning fee and a signed lease is required as per Indian Summer by-laws. Rent to be received by December 15th, 2013.Apache Junction is a continuation of the old west and your visit should be memorable.
